training with Siemens in Berlin and Nürnberg followed by
business administration studies in Berlin and Frankfurt.
27 years of experience as training specialist, HR manager
and Director Human Resources in renowned German and international
companies. Since May 1995 independent consultant and interim
change manager for a large number of companies ranging from
SME to large corporates.
Dipl. Kfm. Diederich Seckelmann, born 1950 in Hamburg;
commercial training with DEA Deutsche Erdöl AG followed
by business administration studies in Hamburg. 15 years
experience as HR specialist, HR manager and HR Director
in major German and international companies. Since April
1993 independent consultant and interim HR manager with
particular experience in financial institutions, international
and medium sized companies as well as salary surveys.
